The questions I get before someone buys.
Can I customize the intake questions for different client types?
Yes. The form uses conditional logic to branch based on client type, project scope, or service package - so a website client sees different questions than a brand-strategy client.
Is the credentials section secure?
Credentials fields use Jotform's encrypted storage and are scoped so only specified team members can decrypt them. For high-security clients, the Done-For-You tier configures 1Password or Bitwarden handoff instead.
Can it create a project in Asana or Monday automatically?
Yes. Via Zapier or native Jotform integration. The Pro tier includes setup for one PM tool; Done-For-You handles full multi-tool workflow automation.
Does this work for solo consultants, not just agencies?
Yes. Solo consultants are actually the sweet spot - the automation replaces the admin you don't have time to do. The Base tier is configured with that use case in mind.
