Which CRMs does this work with?
Out of the box, the kit supports HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Salesforce. Any CRM with a webhook or Zapier integration works - the Pro and Done-For-You tiers include configuration for your specific stack.
How does lead scoring work?
Lead scoring is built into the form's conditional logic. Each qualifying answer (company size, budget, timeline, role) adds or subtracts points, and a threshold triggers different workflows - hot leads skip straight to a calendar handoff, cooler leads enter a nurture sequence.
Can it deduplicate against my existing contacts?
Yes. The workflow checks the submitted email against your CRM via webhook before creating a new lead. Duplicates update the existing record instead of cluttering your pipeline.
Do I need a Jotform paid plan?
Conditional logic, integrations, and webhooks require a Jotform Bronze plan or higher. You can get a discounted Jotform plan through our partner link.
