The questions I get before someone buys.
How does the routing to the right rep work?
You define the rules - territory, account size, industry, or round-robin. The form reads the submission, applies your rules, and routes via webhook + email. The Pro tier sets up your specific logic.
Can prospects upload their existing RFP documents?
Yes. File upload accepts PDFs, Word docs, and slide decks up to 25MB. Files route to your document inbox alongside the structured form data.
What's the SLA tracking about?
When a quote lands, a timer starts. If no rep replies within your target window (default: 24 business hours), the system escalates - reminder to the rep, then CC to the manager, then reassignment. Configurable per deal size.
Does it filter out tire-kickers?
Partially. Budget and timeline gates screen out the worst mismatches, but real qualification still needs a human. The kit's job is to make sure the humans only see the opportunities worth their time.
