The questions I get before someone buys.

  • Can I send this at different lifecycle points?

    Yes. Most teams run it at 30 days post-onboarding, 90 days post-onboarding, and quarterly after that. The workflow supports multiple entry points with cohort tracking so you can compare scores by cohort.

  • How does the detractor escalation actually work?

    When a 0-6 score comes in, the workflow fires a Slack alert to your CS channel, emails the account owner with context, and opens a follow-up task. The closed-loop tracking makes sure no detractor ghosts into the void.

  • Can promoters book a referral call?

    Yes. The promoter flow can include a calendar link for a referral conversation, or a shareable referral-request form with a reward. The Pro tier configures which path fits your motion.

  • Will the monthly digest actually get read?

    That depends on your leadership, not the tool. But the digest is designed for exec scanning: trend, biggest movers, top themes from open-ends, action items. One page.
