The questions I get before someone buys.
Can I use this for multiple open roles?
Yes. The form supports a role selector that branches into role-specific questions. For high-volume hiring, the Pro tier sets up separate forms per role with shared stage tracking.
Is the auto-rejection email mandatory?
No. Auto-rejection is off by default. If you turn it on, the copy is configurable - many teams prefer a kind human-tone message over silence, but some prefer manual review. Your call.
Does it handle resume files?
Yes. Candidates upload resumes directly to Jotform storage. Files are organized by role and date, with optional auto-forward to Google Drive or Dropbox.
Can I switch to a real ATS later?
Yes. The kit exports candidate data in formats that Greenhouse, Lever, and Workable can import. You own your data - no lock-in.
