The questions I get before someone buys.
Does the referral mechanic actually work?
Each signup gets a unique referral URL tied to their email. When someone signs up via their link, both get credited. Position moves up for referrers, and tier-based rewards (early access, discount, swag) unlock at thresholds you define.
Can I sync the list to Mailchimp or ConvertKit?
Yes. Out of the box, Zapier handles the sync. The Pro tier sets up direct integration with your email platform so waitlist signups drop into a specific list with tags preserved.
What happens on launch day?
You export the full list, ranked by position + referral score. The Done-For-You tier includes a launch-day playbook and monitoring so the handoff to your email platform doesn't fumble.
Is this for physical products too?
Yes. Physical product launches, SaaS betas, course drops, newsletter pre-launches - the mechanic is the same. Adjust the tiers and email copy to fit.
